integrating with PayPal's Instant Payment Notification
(IPN, real-time purchase confirmation and server-to-server
notifications), PP Download Simple writes a
record of each sale to your flat text database, and
automatically emails your paid customer a link to
your Download Log-in page. When the customer returns
to your site and enters his or her email address at
the Download Log-in page, PP Download Simple
verifies that the customer is entitled to download
your product, and provides a link to do so. You can
even set an expiration date on how long a download
link will be available to your customers after the
date of payment.
Your
site-wide and product-specific information stored
in PP Download Simple are used to dynamically
generate the link and form components that make it
easy for your customers to pay for your products with
their PayPal funds. Note that PP Download Simple
for PayPal is not in any way affiliated with nor endorsed
by PayPal. We just think their service is great and
